What tasks await you?
You take on an exciting leadership role:
- Management, coordination and further development of your own team as well as independent development and support of your own customer base in the field of temporary employment
- Actively search for and approach suitable candidates for your acquired IT projects
- Applicant management and development of a candidate network
- Organising and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with your candidates & clients
- Conducting contract negotiations
What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree or commercial training with professional experience in the field of personnel services, in the area of temporary employment
- Your communication skills and winning manner help you to acquire customers and suitable candidates
- You have a strong customer and service orientation
- Good English skills and working with international contacts are no problem for you
